Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada.

Processing Time
Ready-to-ship items will usually be processed within 2–4 business days.

Preorder items require additional processing time. Estimated arrival dates are listed on Pre-order page (usually 1-2 weeks after the closing date of current batch). Orders that include preorder items will ship once all items have arrived.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination.

Estimated delivery within Canada: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Local Pickup (Free)
We offer free local pickup for customers in North York and Markham.

• North York: Available by appointment.
• Markham: Available  by appointment (on weekends only).

If you select Local Pickup at checkout, we will contact you once all items in your order have arrived and are ready for collection. Pickup time and location will be arranged directly with you.

Preorder Items
Please note that preorder timelines are estimates and may be affected by supplier processing, customs, or delivery delays.

By placing a preorder, you agree to wait for the estimated arrival period shown on the product page.

Mixed Orders
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and preorder items, the full order will be shipped together once the preorder items arrive.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control. If your package appears delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
