Returns
We do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect. All sales are final otherwise. Please double-check sizes and product details before placing your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@kidoora.ca if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return (in applicable cases) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
